• I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property
• The speed limit of 10mph must be observed at all times on site roads NO LEARNER DRIVERS
• All highway code and road laws must be obeyed whilst using riverside roadways, kindly note that this includes 'NO DRINKING AND DRIVING'
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on site, also the dog handler must clean up after their pets and dispose in the bins located around the site. There is a surcharge of £10 for dogs.
• Kites may not be flown on the front or backfields due to the danger of overhead electricity cables.
• Each department i.e. Swimming pool, amusement arcade have their own Health and Safety rules, which are displayed in each department.
• All refuse is to be deposited in black refuse bags and put in the large bins at various points on the site.
• Noise! Please be considerate of neighbours, especially after 11pm
• During very wet weather all cars must be kept off the grass (site towing charges apply)
• All breakages and damage to the caravan or contents must be paid for
• Guests are asked to leave the caravan clean and tidy
• One clean set of bed linen is provided per bed per week, you must provide your own towels. All gas and electricity is provided.
• The caravan will be available from 2:30pm on the first Saturday and must be vacated by 11:00am the following Saturday.
• No bookings will be accepted for all male, all female or mixed groups under 25 - family parties only please
• Riverside facilities are not guaranteed and are subject to availability by Riverside Caravan Park.
• No holiday insurance is provided. it is recommended that you make suitable arrangements with your insurers.
• All outstanding balance-for-hire money must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the start of holiday
• if you cancel before 4 weeks from start of holiday, you will lose your booking deposit. Any cancellation 3 weeks or less before holiday starts, you will receive no refund at all.
• Any breakages or damage will need to be paid for. A refundable security deposit of £50 is payable in advance. Please could you kindly leave our caravan in a clean & tidy condition when you go. The key must be left at the site reception on departure. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure subject to all being well.
• Breaks can be booked at short notice provided full payment is received with booking form 2-4 weeks prior to selected date
